A circuit of the parish of Prainha do Norte, from the square with the church, the bandstand and the Holy Spirit império. The land is smallholdings, orchards and vines in black basalt currais, with the old cellars now let as rural tourism, and near the Canto da Areia bay the route crosses an abandoned vineyard that coastal scrub has taken back. Easy, 8.8 km.
