Hora do Conto is a series of storytelling sessions for children and their families on Terceira, running from 31 October to 26 December. Ana Couto and Paulo Freitas lead the sessions, reading and telling stories aimed at getting children to enjoy books. Entry is free. The stories are told in Portuguese, so this is mainly for local families or visiting children who understand the language; for others it is a quiet hour rather than a reason to change plans.
