The regional public library and archive on Terceira is showing «Criação… para além da tela», drawings and paintings by the 12th-year leavers of the Escola Básica e Secundária Tomás de Borba, until Friday 6 November. Teacher Vitória Cascais and architect Magda Gonçalves coordinated the show. It is a school exhibition rather than a professional one, so it suits locals and anyone curious about what young artists on the island are making; a short stop if you are already at the library.
Practical information
The Biblioteca Pública e Arquivo Regional Luís da Silva Ribeiro is on Terceira; the listing gives no address or opening hours, so check both before you go.
