A circuit at Lomba d'El-Rei on the north coast, from the Nossa Senhora do Rosário church up the hill of Moio de Baixo. From the high ground Fenais da Ajuda is visible to the west and Achadinha to the east; the descent goes through giant reed, fayatree and heather to the mouth of the Ribeira do Lenho. Graded medium, 4.3 km, two hours.
