Vieira, hoje? Porque não?

From October 12 to 15, 2026, the GSJB presents a cultural event inspired by the sermon delivered by Padre António Vieira in the Church of the College of Jesuits in 1654, known as the "Sermão de Santa Teresa." This initiative features participation from the GSJB choir and musicians, alongside students from local secondary schools. In the three days leading up to the event, young participants will engage in artistic workshops focusing on theatre, dance, painting, and music of the era, guided by specialists. The culmination will be a final presentation open to the public, offering an educational experience that explores the life, work, and legacy of one of the most significant figures in Portuguese literature and oratory.
