Inclusive and non-discriminatory language session in Horta

On Thursday 5 November the municipality of Horta, on Faial, holds an awareness session on inclusive and non-discriminatory language and communication, led by Simão Carvalho. It is part of the council's second municipal plan for equality, citizenship and non-discrimination, and the aim is practical: helping participants change how they write and speak. Admission is free but registration is required. This is a civic training session in Portuguese, useful for residents and people who work with the public rather than a visitor outing.
